- If you are unsatisfied with the alteration, Dear Nin will address the issue by altering the issue Free of Charge for one time.
- All alterations and follow up alterations must fit within the scope of the customization boundaries ( hemline or sleeve)
- Any customization that does not fit within these boundaries will be up for consideration as a Made to Order and may incur additional fees.
