- If you are unsatisfied with the customization Dear Nin will address the issue by altering the issue Free of Charge for one time.
- All alterations and follow up alterations must fit in within the scope of the customization boundaries ( hem line, sleeve)
- Any customization that does not fit within these boundaries will be up for consideration as a MADE to order and may incur additional fees
